The varsity wrestlers earned their 18th Win of the season by defeating Lakeville South in the Section 2AAA Quarterfinals on Friday by a score of 39-35. Earning pins for the Lightning were Nolan Enderlein, Max Enderlein, Drew Bergstedt, Nathan Langer, Connor Meixell, and Kellen Stewart. Roman Gilbert also earned a 3-1 decision.

The wrestlers lost to #1 ranked Shakopee in the semi-finals.
