Boys Varsity Cross Country · Summer Running Club Optional Workouts


For students who are participating in Eastview’s Summer Running Club (boys), joining cross country in the fall, or just interested in improving their endurance, you can follow the suggested workouts posted below. If you are a new runner or freshman the 100 mi or 200 mi plan would be recommended. For returning or experienced runners, the 300 mi or 400 mi plan is possible.
