Monday: Practice @ 2:40 pm
Boys should meet by the Weight Room doors for practice.

Please dress appropriately for practice this week. Some days will be rainy, other days will be cool. Boys should have a change of clothes to stay dry, and warm clothes (running pants, tights, long sleeve, hat or gloves) to protect themselves for the weather.

Tuesday: Practice @ 2:40 pm
Boys should meet by the Weight Room doors for practice.

Wednesday: Practice @ 2:40 pm & Spaghetti dinner @ 5:30 pm
Boys should meet by the Weight Room doors for practice.  Following practice the team will have a spaghetti dinner. Maps and directions will be passed out at practice.

Tomorrow, boys will be excused following 4th hour, so today boys should speak with their 5th – 7th hour teachers to arrange any make-up work. Students will be leaving school before lunch tomorrow, so they must pack their own lunch tonight to bring tomorrow.

Thursday: Dick Mitchell Invite @ 3:40 pm, La Crosse, WI
Boys will be excused following 4th hour today. They should stop by their locker and pick-up any homework they need and can complete on the 2.5 hour bus ride today, and their lunch as we will be leaving before they have a chance to eat lunch at school. They should then meet by the student entrance/locker rooms.

Following the meet today, the team will stop at Fazoli’s again for an optional meal. If boys do not want to order any food at Fazoli’s they do not need to, however, they should bring their own dinner then. Click here for a menu.

Boys should return to Eastview between 9:30 and 10:00 pm

Friday: Practice @ 2:40 pm

Saturday: Practice @ TBD, Warrior Dash 5k @ 9 am
Boys will be volunteering at today’s Warrior 196 Memorial 5k Run/Walk. The 5k honors former district 196 students who have lost their lives in service of the United States armed forces since the year 2000. Preceding or following this service activity, the boys will have a VO2 workout.
