Monday: Practice @ 8 am
Boys should meet by the Weight Room doors for practice. They will have a workout at Johnny Cake Park for their workout.
Tuesday: Practice @ 8 am, Team Building @ 1 pm, “Spike Night” at Run MN @ 6 pm
Boys should meet by the Weight Room doors for practice. Some boys will have a recovery run, others a short tempo workout.
Our team building activities will continue from last week with additional games throughout this week. More details will be provided at practice, but a few ideas for the week have included more night games, going to Brunswick Zone, Jeopardy/Family Feud, Lazer Tag.
If you need to purchase running apparel (shoes, shorts, socks, etc..) or running accessories (watch) consider stopping by Run MN tonight beginning at 6 pm where Eastview cross country athletes will receive an additional 5% discount on top of the normal 20% discount that high school athletes regularly receive. Take advantage of the knowledgeable staff of current and former runners who can help identify the correct shoes, spikes, etc… that can help prevent injury and lead you to a successful season.

Thursday: 5k Time Trial, Prince of Peace Volunteer, Team Building at 8 pm
Boys should meet by the weight room doors at 8 am. They will have a 5k time trial at Johnny Cake Ridge Park East at approximately 9 am.
If you were unable to volunteer for our Prince of Peace service opportunity last week, please strongly consider volunteering this week. Boys should meet at 2 pm at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church to help take down items from their community garage sale. The service project should complete by 5 pm.
Boys can met by the Weight Room doors at 8 pm for another round of night games.
